By accessing or using MiOffice.ai ("the Service"), operated by JSVV SOLS LLC ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

MiOffice.ai is an AI-powered office suite for processing PDF, Word, Excel, images, and videos. All processing happens locally in your browser using WebAssembly technology — files are never uploaded to our servers.

We may offer premium features ("MiOffice Pro") for a fee. Free and paid tiers are subject to these terms.

3. Data Processing Guarantee

MiOffice.ai does not upload, transmit, store, or process your files on any server. All file operations execute within your browser's sandboxed environment. We are technically unable to access your file contents.

This guarantee applies to all applications including PDF, image, video, and AI-powered apps. AI models are downloaded to your browser and inference runs locally.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use the Service only for lawful purposes
  • Not process files you do not have legal rights to
  • Not attempt to abuse, overload, or interfere with the Service
  • Not use automated scripts, bots, or scraping without written permission
  • Not reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

5. Intellectual Property

Your content: You retain all rights to files you process. We claim no ownership, license, or interest in your content. Since files never leave your browser, we have no access to assert any claim.

Our content: MiOffice.ai, its logo, design, and code are the property of JSVV SOLS LLC. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without written permission.

6. GDPR Compliance

For users in the European Union and European Economic Area, we comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Our data processing is minimal by design — see our Privacy Policy for full details on data subject rights.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Results will meet your specific requirements
  • Any particular level of quality, accuracy, or performance
  • Compatibility with all file types or browsers

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JSVV SOLS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, OR PROFITS.

Since all processing happens locally in your browser, data loss from file processing is a client-side event outside our control. We recommend keeping original copies of your files.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Virginia.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be noted with an updated date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
